Calling reports repeatedly inside loops is slow and resource-intensive. Publish and consume data from custom reports as SOAP services instead.
Validating output data in excel sucks. You should automate that part of your job away.
I wrote this to load a bunch of job classifications from a CSV file, but it's probably useful for any cases where inbound EIBs aren't feasible for whatever reason.
